Theres a few like that near us,one in blackheath does all the full on lights and then on Christmas eve, the dude who lives there dresses up as santa and distributes bags of lollies to all the kids.
One year I went with my friend all around just checking out the "lights houses".They sell a disturbing full sized santa that sways weirdly,some people put it in their house.
I for one couldnt sleep properly with something like that swaying maniacally in the open window for people to stare into my house at.
Im paraniod enough!
