Un-Summer

As you probably know, I'm not all that fond of hot weather, so I thought I'd post a little something to take the edge off. This is the street where I grew up with a little snow on it. The worst winter I can remember, we got about 3 or 4 times this much snow in about 4 weeks. You couldn't see around the corner at intersections for a while and we missed a lot of school. You know, the good old days. :-)

Awwww, i wanna live where it snows.

Except i guess for the whole its really cold thing, and i guess u have to clear snow from your doorway, and i hear rumors of plugging cars in so they don't freeze or something? yeah... all those crazy things.

Cold can be fun. When it gets really cold (below our zero) you can take a styrofoam cup, fill it with hot water, go directly outside and throw the contents into the air. It turns almost instantly into snow. Foof! Then you get to shovel it off the driveway, and the sidewalk, and the porch, and clear it off the car. :-)
