So Tempting

I hate 'em. No, not the car, it's a Toyota Prius Hybrid. I think the car is kind of cool. If I had the money and a place to park it, I'd have one for running errands and such instead of the 3 tons of metal I drive around normally.

No, it's the drivers I hate. Not all of them, I'm sure there are plenty of them that are normal and go completely unnoiticed by me. But there are those.....
Let me explain, this car has electric motors and a gas engine and it tries to use the gas as little as possible. When you brake, it's recharging from the motion of the wheels. It's pretty high tech. They even put a little display in the center of the dash that lets you keep track of everything. This is where the problem starts. You can set the thing to show you whether you're running on all electric or if the gas engine is being used. Some of the *IDIOTS* driving these cars like to see if they can go without using the gas. This means they pull away from stops v-e-r-y s-l-o-w-l-y, and drive down the street at about 2/3 of the posted limit to the frustration of everyone else trying to use the pavement.

I'm pretty sure it would be against the law if I took my 3 tons of metal and pushed them. But it's tempting sometimes.
