Update

The comment problems seem to be mostly resolved, though not through my efforts. (J-hope you don't get too much spam)

And the other problem is cured. There was this nasty little mutant cookie that was causing the problem. I'm happy to say I finally found it and eliminated it with extreme prejudice.

Sometimes it works out allright.
