Not Washed Away
No tornado. No hail.
Some wind, several power outages, and lots of rain.
We're still looking at the possibility of flash floods after last night's 5 inches (about 13 cm) of rain.
You know it's bad when the power's off and you can still find your way to the bathroom without the nightlight because the lighning is flashing like a disco outside. (Not in the distance.) :-)
So I'm an hour and a half short on sleep. It could be worse.
Thanks for all the well wishes. Hope everybody has a good weekend.
Remember, tomorrow is national pink day. :-)

Weather sounds exciting if nothing else :)
Guess i missed pink day on australian time :(
Mind u, i only have one pink item of clothing, and its a summer shirt....
We're having Summer. Maybe you need a vacation.

We've been getting some pretty wild weather here in Oz lately too. Floods, storms, snow. At least the farmers are happy!
