A Moment of Silence Please

After spending several hours reading articles and the attached comments on a variety of topics all around the internet, it has come to my attention that critical thinking is, at best, on life support and in danger of dying out completely.

I'm not talking about those hateful, small minded, flame-festers either. It's those other people. The ones who seem articulate and intelligent on the surface until you really read what they typed and discover that they're jargon tossing, jingoistic idiots who might have a hard time finding their way out a a hedge maze with a GPS box and a map.
