It's all about me, isn't it? Me, me, me, me. Well, I'm sorry, but what about...oh, never mind.

Thanks! And thanks for all your help. During my working week (tuesday - friday) I stopped having time to think about this, but because I have my giant horrible exam tomorrow, I took today (friday) off. Which means the person could come and look at the door. Apparently the top edge of the garage door in the centre was sometimes sticking underneath the edge of the garage frame and that's why the whole thing was jamming up (doesn't really explain to me how the door moved 1 inch but whatever). Anyway he did something with the top rollers to adjust it and move it back away from that and hopefully now it won't be a problem. When it was unjammed, we were able to manually put the door up and down. I appreciate all your help on this one!!! I've learnt lots more about garage doors now!
Yeah, that would cetainly do it.
Glad it's fixed.
Good luck with that exam thing.
