The oldest standing building in Australia is Captain James Cook's house, brought over from England brick by brick. (Is this true folks?)

i thought the oldest building was a wooden temple in Nara, south of Kyoto. At least, that's what they say in Nara! Or maybe they were telling me to hurry up and eat my sashimi before it gets warm, and I stuffed up the translation!!

These all look like the things that come on the back of libra pads. They have all these wierd and wonderful facts written on the bits you peel away.... But why would you be using libra pads? :)

I'm not familiar with libra pads, but I can guess. If they are what I think they are, I haven't used them for anything, but there are lots of uses for something so absorbent (other than their design purpose).

That kind of thing can be used to get the last bit of water out of a toilet tank before you unbolt it....
paint spills in rugs....
you get the idea. :-)
