Chilly
We didn't get much snow, and the ice is only about as thick as a finger, but it isn't going away for a few days because it's gotten chilly. Right now the temp is about 11 degrees (F). Jenna probably has it worse up there.
Yes, I call this chilly. Cold is when the daytime high doesn't get above Zero (F). Haven't seen one of those in a while.

It is awsome!!! god I love the snow, who cares if people need to learn to drive?
I dont know how you guys can do anything normal in ice?
