Note To Neighbor
If you're hacking so hard it sounds like you might cough up a lung, and so loudly that I can hear you, sometimes for more than 20 minutes at a time, sometimes more than once a day, definitely more than one day a week, you might want to see a doctor. Or give up smoking. Or both.

Update:
I talked to a smoker friend and found that this is not normal for most of them. I'm told it's likely because the neighbor smokes too many different things.
It still sounds kind of painful and unhealthy to me.
The sad part is the neighbor is a girl in her early twenties.
Maybe we should send her an e-mail:) stop smoking!

Or maybe she should start smoking...fumigate her lungs!!
I probably sound like that when I'm sick.. Maybe she was a TOF baby like me and now just has a bout of asthma.... People always think I'm a smoker and that I'm about to die when I have a cough.
